SHIPPING
I do combine orders and usually ship USPS. I do offer UPS or FedEx for larger orders to try to keep costs down. Shipping is now a flat rate of $10 per order. It is your responsibility as the buyer to ensure your PAYPAL address is accurate and up to date. We only ship to the address given on PayPal as this is the only way to keep buyer/seller protections in place. If you have an extenuating circumstance, please contact me and we can work something out. Thank you so much!
TURN AROUND TIME
Turn Around Time, or TAT, is stated in each and every product listing when you place your order. TAT can vary between each opening, but usually a preorder is 3-6 weeks, a RTS (ready to ship) opening is one week, and customs are generally 7-8 weeks. Please be certain before purchasing that you are willing to wait up to the MAXIMUM stated TAT for each preorder/opening. I do my best to be upfront regarding the amount of time it may take for your order to be shipped. I hope to be able to reduce the amount of TAT for each opening and am constantly trying to find ways to keep it reasonable for you. I truly appreciate every order! SAMPLES
I try my best to make sure every order gets a sample, but sometimes things do get missed. There are also occasions where a sample isn't included. Samples are a fun way to try out new blends and scents you may not have initially ordered, or to try brand new scents coming to the line up before they are released. Samples are not based on order size. Samples are not based off of group orders. If a sample is included it usually is either one to two samples ranging in weight between 1-2 ounces each. Samples are not purchased are included on the house.
RETURNS or EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of our products we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Should you have any issues at all regarding a product or feel you're not completely satisfied, please feel free to e-mail us and we will gladly work something out for you! We want our customers to be happy.
